APPLICATION

  • ACSR Conductors‌:Used as the core of ‌Aluminum Conductor Steel Reinforced (ACSR)‌ cables, providing structural strength and conductivity‌
  • Messenger Wires‌: Deployed in overhead communication lines for supporting optical fibers or electrical cables‌
  • Guy Wires & Stay Wires‌:Provides tension support for telecommunication towers, power poles, and wind turbines‌

CONSUTRUCTION
 

The galvanized steel wire strand is manufactured by concentrically stranding single wires helically around a central core.

 Available in three galvanizing classes:

  • ‌Class A‌: Standard zinc coating (minimum thickness)
  • ‌Class B‌: Intermediate zinc coating
  • ‌Class C‌: Heavy zinc coating (maximum thickness)

The coating weight increases progressively from Class A to Class C, with Class C offering superior corrosion resistance.
