Product Description

 

ACSR (Aluminum Conductor Steel Reinforced) is a type of overhead power transmission conductor widely used in electrical grids. It combines the advantages of aluminum and steel, offering high strength, excellent conductivity, and corrosion resistance.

 

Structural

 

Outer Aluminum Layers: Multiple aluminum strands are twisted around the exterior, responsible for conducting electricity. Aluminum provides excellent conductivity and is lightweight.

Central Steel Core: One or more high-strength steel strands form the core, providing mechanical strength to support the conductor and withstand tension.
