APPLICATION

• Insulation: Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) 
• Insulation Shield: Peelable semiconducting shielding material 
• Metal Shield Layer:Copper Tape   Copper Wire(35kV 500mm2 above) 
• Filler: Polypropylene(PP) mesh filling rope 
• Binder Tape:Non hygroscopic straps 
• Armouring: Steel Tape(Single core)   Galvanized steel tape(3 core) 
• Outer sheath: 90℃ Polyvinyl chloride (PVC)

Verify short-circuit withstand (IEC 60949)

Check voltage drop (≤3% for power lines)
Standard sizes: 1.5mm² to 6mm² (18-12 AWG)
