Application

Advantage

1. Conductivity and Cost: Aluminum alloy has a conductivity of about 60% of copper and requires a larger cross-sectional area to meet the same current carrying capacity, but the cost is 30% -50% lower than copper cables
2. Corrosion resistance: Aluminum alloy surface is prone to oxidation and requires tin plating process or anti-oxidation coating to enhance weather resistance, suitable for outdoor photovoltaic environment.‌
3. Mechanical performance:Lightweight (30% lighter than copper cables), convenient for long-distance installation; But with a high coefficient of thermal expansion, it is necessary to reserve space for expansion and contraction.
