APPLICATION

Suitable for power supply lines with flame retardant requirements, such as urban underground power grids, power station outgoing lines, and internal power lines of industrial and mining enterprises.




CONSTRUCTION


  • Conductor: Tightly press circular conductor 
  • Conductor shield: Semi conductive shielding material (below 500mm ²) Semi conductive tape+semi conductive shielding material (500mm ² and above) 
  • Insulation: XLPE 
  • Insulation shielding: Peelable semiconducting shielding material 
  • Metal shielding layer: Copper Tape   Copper wire (35kV, 500m ² and above) 
  • Filler: Non hygroscopic filling rope 
  • Binder Tape: Non hygroscopic straps 
  • Armor:  1 core: stainless steel tape    3 core: galvanized steel tape 
  • Inner and outer sheaths:  90 ℃ flame retardant polyvinyl chloride
